Use

Use in cases of post-operative elbow treatments, muscle tears, tendonitis and grade 1 and 2 sprains .

Insert arm into the elbow pad. Fit elbow pad in the middle of the arm.

Care

Hand wash with cold water and mild soap. Do not use detergent. Do not wash in a washing machine.

Warnings

If you experience irritation (inflammation, rash, allergies) on the skin, place a cotton bandage (stokineta) under it; if it persists, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
