What is the delivery time?
On average our orders are shipped between 3 to 5 business days. It will also depend on the volume of products and the city of destination. If they are shipments corresponding to some type of promotion, the orders may take a little longer to be processed.
Due to logistical difficulties when shipping to certain remote areas, our customer service will notify you of the application of special conditions as soon as possible after you place your order.
Do I have to pay freight for the shipment?
For orders in Bogotá and surrounding areas, for purchases equal to or greater than $400,000, there is no freight cost. For orders of less than $400,000 the freight will have a value of $14,000.
For orders with dispatch outside of Bogotá, greater than or equal to $600,000, freight will not be charged. For orders of less than $600,000 the freight will have a value of $17,000.
For orders in remote areas or areas with difficult access, 50% of the value calculated by the carrier will be charged , if and only if the value of the freight is greater than 5% of the value of the order, otherwise Kamex will assume the total value of the freight .
