Use

Epicondylitis, tendonitis and muscle tears at the elbow.

Enter your arm and place it 3cm from the elbow. Adjust with velcro according to your comfort.

Care

Hand wash with cold water and mild soap. Do not use detergent. Do not wash in a washing machine.

Warnings

If skin irritation (allergies) occurs, use a cotton bandage under the band. It should not be used indefinitely as it may result in limited movement and strength. Ask your doctor how long and how often you should use tennis elbow.
