Use

Made of velcro neoprene, sports mesh and adjustable velcros

Place the most curved part of the band on your chin. Pull the side bands around your head and adjust it with the Velcro according to your comfort.

Care

Do not wash in a washing machine. Do not use detergent. Do not iron.

This band is not suitable for people who suffer from sleep apnea, adenoids and different chronic respiratory diseases.
